What does MGO mean?
MGO refers to methylglyoxal and is the grading measure displayed on each jar. It gives you a clear way to compare the products across the Amazing Natures range.
Which MGO grade should I choose?
Choose according to your personal preference, intended routine and budget. Our current collection ranges from MGO 30+ to MGO 800+.
What does NPA mean?
NPA stands for Non-Peroxide Activity. Where applicable, the NPA grade is displayed alongside MGO on the product page and packaging.
How can I enjoy Manuka honey?
Enjoy it from the spoon, over toast, yoghurt or fruit, or stir it into a warm—not boiling—drink.
How should I store it?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural crystallisation may occur and does not affect the honey’s quality.
Is honey suitable for infants?
No. Honey must not be given to infants under 12 months of age.
Do you deliver across Australia?
Yes. Standard Australia-wide delivery is available, with complimentary standard shipping on orders over AUD $150. Delivery options and charges appear at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. Do not consume a product if its seal is broken or packaging appears tampered with.
Can I return a food product?
We do not generally accept change-of-mind returns for consumable food products. This does not affect rights under Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description.
